Has anybody had any experience with this particular shifter:

I'm not too particular about it being a short throw. I was looking online at GM Parts Direct for new bushings and other parts to tighten my original shifter up. I even thought about a complete shifter assembly from GM. But I have'nt found anything. I have'nt checked my local GM parts dealer yet either.

All I'm really looking to do is get rid of some of the sloppiness in the stock shifter and obtain the feel of a new one. If going by way of a short throw shifter is the way to do it, then I will.
