Getrag Clutch problem?

I bought a Centerforce Dual Friction kit for my cav.. came with a CF pressure plate and an Exedy disc.. Anyway.. this was last summer and it feels like it isnt really grabbing as well as it should..When I shift Into second it wont even really chirp the tires any more and I cant chirp third at all anymore...I could with the stock clutch

Any Ideas?

I didnt get my fly wheel resurfaced but the car only had 16k or so on it as well
