i was driving along got off the highway. i started to shift noticed when i press down on the clutch feels like there is no pressure. as i release the clutch it kicks in right away. i put gas in this morning after i done that it seems to be functional but its not the same...please let me know what this issue can be. dont know if its a fluid leak or if i need a new clutch please help. im thinking it has to do with it being sooo cold out ive never had experiuenced this issue before . it is the original clutch
my hydralic clutch fluid was bone dry can anyone tell me what this means...is there a problem i added break fluid to it its seems to work on occasion . im noticing now the clutch is starting to stick to the ground at times...
If it was dry it is leaking somewhere. You need to find the leak.

ok do u think maybe its just the hydralic lines ? when it was bone dry i was shocked. i just added brake fulid to it over filled it...it seemed to be working then it has its moments were it will stick to the floor, then feel normal then i cant put it into gear. i just added the fluid i dont know anythign about bleeding it .
its seems to be working i never topped up or checked that fluid in 5 years. added the brake fluid to it topped it up and seems to be going through the system . slowly but surly it should run through the system. the only thing is it acts up due to it being bone dry .
Again you need to bleed it or have it done. You have air in the line, so it needs to be out. It will be much better after bleeding. There is some post about it.

so if theres air in the lines your most likely to grind gears right!? cause i have a short shifter and when i down shift if feels hard to put ingear and then it grinds???/ or when jump of the line and hit second gear i grind?
