Check out Turbo Tech Racing for the Fidanza, we carry it for cheaper, however Fidanza has had them on a national backorder since October, we are out of stock until they deliver us more, which should be sometime January.

Performance Parts For Cavalier, Sunfire, Cobalts and More!!!
ive used b&m's never had any problems , had it since they first came out
I've used both the B&M and the eBay knockoff. B&M definately has a better feel, being it's something used often, I'd fork out the money. Though the eBay knockoff does the same job, but they've always felt a little sloppy despite being identical appearance wise.
hey TTR, just got quite a few parts off you guys this Christmas, and Ill probably be in the market for a Fidanza unless someone can give first hand experience otherwise on the unit** (bought an Upper mount, Lower Rk mount, TTR Trany mounts andd some control arm bushings from the online store, impressed with shipping and the customer service/ help you gave to my mom on her orders, really A+ keep up the good business !

Thats because they PISSED off all the local machine shops. I know of at least three THAT WILL not work with them up here in northeast Ohio.
p.s. my friend also is a salesman there.
I put a B&M in my brothers 04 cav. He LOVED it. The few times I drove it....I liked it.

what are their reasons for not working on them?

They will have you make a product, and then BEAT the hell out of the machine shops to lower the prices, and change material after half the parts are made, and WILL not pay the machine shops for the materials it has already purchased...for example.
Also they are sometimes late on paying the machine shops, and always want their products before the scheduled agreed upon date.
I like the company, and their products. I do not like the way they do business with their suppliers.

i have had the b&m, fidanza, and now i have the cosmo racing shifter. the b&m was nice, good feel, easy shifts. not enough reduction in throw for my liking. the fidanza had a shorter throw but was a little sloppy. the fidanza also doesn't come with the knob which is absolutely stupid if you don't have another one laying around.
the cosmo racing i believe is the best of both worlds. shorter throw than even the fidanza. positive feel like the b&m. comes with the knob. and for $50 as compared to $75 and $150

cosmo racing shifter
cody you really feel like it gave a shorter throw than fidanza and b&m???
i think you may have me sold on this shifter
You take a women and X her by PSI devide the legs and you can then juice the car......LOL
i have the ebay. works fine to me. shifts fine, not "sloppy" in my opinion. which thats all this is going to be is opinion. i know of several people who have sold their b&m and bought the ebay short shifter because they didnt find a difference. so for me i use the ebay one. been in the car for a while and still works fine.
well 50$ is a really resonable price for a stf and it comes with a knob i just don't care for reverse lock out
You take a women and X her by PSI devide the legs and you can then juice the car......LOL
my reverse lockout was removeable. so i took it off.
I've had the B&M short throw on my cav for a good while now... and I have no complaints at all. Shifts great and precise, and I just love the feel of it. B&M FTW
