ACT 4 or 6 disk?

I have a slightly modified 97 2.4 every day driver that I tend to drive pretty agresive..... Would I benifit more from a 4 pad or 6 pad ACT clutch kit, and why?

get the street disc set up. i had it for years and love it.

Yeah, dont be getting a race clutch, unless it's a dedicated race car. They're really not designed for beign driven on the street.

i had act 4 before i let the tranny shop install it i and it wasn't as good as i expected. i ended up taking it out & put back my stock clutch. So it to my friend who has a cavy he said he liked it. i gues it's just depends on whos using it and how you drive your car.

We know that the ACT Extreme 6 puck clutch for the 2.4s can hold atleast 404 ft lbs of torque....




275hp & 306tq - 1999 2.2 ohv
13.2 @ 108 mph
-1996 2.4 liter + Turbo + Built motor + Torco + More boost = Lots o' Power
-2000 Mustang GT + 2004 Cobra motor, Whipple 2.3 supercharger,
built rear-end,Dodge Viper spec T56 6 speed, bolt-ons = wheelies at the track!!!!!
