not sure if im just shifting into reverse too fast but it grinds. when i do stop for 3-4 seconds and pull it in really slowly, it engages without problems. any ideas?
Reverse has no Synro.. wait for the clutch to spin down.
happens all the time to me, i just put it into first, then go to reverse. works every time
