I was looking at this stuff on the net and its for newer auto trannies, but in the description it says its not recomended for use on trannies newer then the year 2000. i was wondering if anyone has used this before and how it is. i have a B&M shiftkit in my car and i drive it pretty hard so i wanna put some good synthetic stuff in. any help would be wonderful.

I just put it in my 2001 Z24 5 speed. It shifts soo much better now.

How can you put ATF in a manual tranny? And DeeJay24, yes, the B&M Trick Shift ATF fluid is good stuff. I say go for it.

Simple, you put a funnel in the tranny, unscrew the cap and pour

Autozone here in Phoenix has it, so you may just need to check a few different parts stores. usually by the Oil rack.

Pep Boys has it, but it is not where the regualr oil, and tranny fluid is. It is in the Performance section, where the dress up kits and stuff are.

Crap, I forgot to ask. How many quarts does the 4spd auto tranny take? Sorry for the dumb question but im new to the 2.4 engine and tranny. Im doing a swap now. Also, can you use stock regualer fluid if you decided to change back?
