Is there a difference between the 2.2 and the 2.4 5 speed tranny?

I'm looking to buy one for my 3800 swap, and the trannys out of the 2.4 always seem to be priced 50-100 more. THis is weird because I always thought they were the same? They seem to also have a different model number?

Does anyone know where I can get the shift assembly like clutch pedal, cables, etc.? Only dealer or what? I can't find anythign online.

Yes they are different, different bell housings.

Alright. So the 2.2 is the one that will bolt up to the 3X00 engines? Or is it the 2.4?

The 2.2 one is the right one.
