MY tranny is cooked 2nd and 3rd are totally gone, so im waiting for the new clutch and flywheel to come in and im going to just stick in a use trany for the winter and put a rebuilt in come summer.
What i need to know is there a way to make the getrag that im going to rebuild better then factory so I don't grenade the sincros again and is there a good lsd available for this tranny <br>

Quaife makes one.. I think only 2 or 3 left and no one will be made... about 1400 dollars or so for it.....

It shows the diff being for 04' to 05 2.2l cavs, will this diff work without having to mod the tranny i already have, would it be just a bolt in application <br>

Getrag's for our cars are all identical internally (gear ratios, diffs, etc), the only difference being the bell housing so it can mount the the 3 blocks it was used with (2.2OHV, 2.4TC, 2.2TC). It will work for ANY J-body Getrag '00+. <br>

ok i got a few questions, where do i get syncros for a getrag, and what is Quaife, and what is an lsd
I know very little about transmissions. let alone transaxles

Why wouldn't they make more? Won't it fit in all the new delta cars with the Getrag as well??
