Interest in Pulley Boys Pulley GP?
Friday, January 13, 2006 11:54 AM
After some requests by members, we're going to carry the Pulley Boys pulley line... And we'd like to start out with a group purchase for you.

Estimate prices for the full Pulley Boys Qwikchange Set would be $136-139 depending on how many are purchased. I know it's not a large discount, but if there are 5-10 ordered (or more), we can go down some more.

Available in several sizes including the stock 2.8" size!
Featuring a PH 15-5 stainless steel hub with a clear anodized aluminum pulley and 18-8 stainless steel hardware.

The hardware kit included with every hub has two extra screws,
L wrench and a plastic plug for the shaft end hole.

2.8", 2.7", 2.6", & 2.5" available

Please post here if you're interested and would like to get a group purchase running.

just out of curiousity... is the stock size pulley lighter than the stock one? and if so, how much? I would be interested in a GP.

I would say anywhere from $5-7 on the shipping.

I don't know how much each weighs because I don't have them here yet.

i think everyone needs to be a little more specific if they want the hub and pulley, or just the pullies. to anyone who isn't sure, to put on ANY aftermarket pulley, you need the hub first. if you've already bought the hub and just want to swap between pullies, then you need just the pulley.

i think we can EASILY get 10 ppl in on this.

I'd be interested in just the 2.6" pulley. Its 70US for just a pulley. So if you can get a better deal on that with shipping to me (in Vancouver Canada) then hell ya.

Well, this isn't a GP yet so no need to be specific.

well i just went and weighed the 2... i couldnt find my small electric scale so i kind of had to do some guess work..

The OEM 2.8" pulley looks to weight about 1-1.5lbs....

The pulley boys 2.8" pulley didnt even move the needle at all.. and the only thing i can compair it to is my cell phone.. and my cell phone is small..

I'm down for the hub and 2.6" and possibly 2.7" pulleys.

Any idea how soon this could start because I'd be interested in the "kit" with a 2.6" pulley, a spare 2.8" pulley, and depending on the price of single pulleys, maybe a 2.7" pulley.

GP will be up within a few days... and we'll get everything rolling.

The price on the extra pullies will also be discounted some.
