Well, just install it perpendicular to the flow of air? Or do you want it going with the flow of air? Post pics of ur install

I know Jake and I have our nozzle right in a 90 degree elbow and the nozzle is aimed right at the throttle body. We both used the angled injector upgrade but you can also get it at home depot for much less.
I know some of the guys had problems with water getting in the tps sensor but I know I haven't yet and I've filled my tank 3 times already.
There is also a post about somebody making plates so you can mount the injector after the throttle body.

ya i have mine in the rubber elbow facing into the throttle body.
i heard to have it facing the air flow, but i dont see why that matters. when it comes outta that injector it is such a fine mist .

Thanks guys.
i was thinking of making a plate, but the it would definitely be perpendicular to flow of air.
I was going to mount mine just before the the tb. I was going to build and then weld on a mount bracket of some sort, so its at a 30 degree angle to flow into the tb.

What angled injector upgrade are u talking about? 90? how come if you have it in the 90 degree elbow, u just dont have it at the end/side ( that comes close to battery) so that it points straight into the tb.
thanks

ya that is how i have it. pointing straight into the t/b with no angle injector stuff. i should hvae drilled a hole in the rubber elbow but i just slit' a hole in there for some awful reason i dont know why so it is sorta ghetto, and i had to put some clear silicone around it also. but my next intake set up i will do it the correct way.
just take a picture off the coolingmist.com sight of their angle injector and run to home depot and find it in their brass fitting section. or any hardware store might have it. but i found one at home depot. i didnt use it though. i have a 45 degree injector holder peice i found at true value i might use, but not sure.
need anything else just holler.
You can mount the injector either perpendiculer or with the direction of flow. It wont make that huge of a difference. As for the plates, yeah thats me, they should be ready in a week or so. I am trying to go through some gasket issues.

I got the 90 degree fitting because I wanted to mount it under the intake tube so it would be hidden. I've got my injector aimed right at the throttle body....Thats why I didnt just put it into the end of the elbow. Plus I didnt have any room for it cause my battery is right there against the elbow.
