hey i searched the forum and came up only with one post about someone who was also looking for an intercooler for the GM s/c, but there seems to be none made for it, and it would be an expensive cost to custom fab it onto the s/c. i read on sites that say that roots or blowers would need to be intercooled, such asthe eaton roots s/c, yet gm doesnt have an intercooler made for the kit/package? i did search the whole forum and dated as far as april that ppl asked, but it came up nothing. i know rsm has and can use the same type of intercoolers as turbos, but are there any for the gm blowers? please dont be angry *
and thanks in advance

well the rsm blower is not a roots type... if I'm not mistaken it's different..............
the roots type require a intercooler adapter plate... from what I've read in the past on here....

alright, well it seems you didn't understand why it didn't work, so i'll give ya more than just a "no".
most roots blowers are attached to a manifold, which then bolts onto the engine. in the case of the gm s/c, the manifold and the blower is ONE piece, not separable. its just the way it was cast in the mold. so, there's no way to put an intercooler between the charger and the manifold.
as for putting one right before it meets the head, well, if you look at the spacing before hitting the radiator, theres a good...oh, i'd say half an inch. there's no room. that's the problema, and why people have gone into alky/water injection.

maby, its a tight space, and your brackits will not line up because of the added materal making it taller.

Yes GM prototype charges had a manifold that mounted to the charger. This could be modified to make a intercooler work. Not kit was made for that, because it was a prototype.
FU Tuning
that and GM half asses everything.
atleast thay did.

He was asking if there was a intercooler kit / package so the answer is just no.
You can intercool the production GM supercharger but it would require extensive machine and fabrication work. There are no kits for that particular application.
