You know, I've commented on this a billion times in the past.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with the Walbro if you install it correctly. I've had mine in my car for a year and a half now with no fuel cut what-so-ever.

I should of taken pictures when I had the chance. Maybe I'll rip it out of the car and do so in the near future and then take some video of my car running tip top at 1/16th of a tank to show that I'm not fooling around.

I have the same experience as Mr. Pute with my Blazer pump. Nobody knows how to install this crap right cuz I get NO fuel cut all the way down to 1/16th tank and all the pressure I need.

Didn't you have a 1 or 2 of those blazer pumps go bad on you?

I had 1 fail for no reason within 1800 miles and the 2nd one failed in one day.... the first one died due to the use of the stock sock and overworking the pump. The 2nd one was faulty.

The 3rd one I installed with new lines, a proper new blazer doublesided sock... I cut the cup on both sides for the larger sock and reinstalled the pump and it runs 100% perfectly now.

People aren't installing this pump properly hence the fuel cut. Bottom line.

So yeah I had 2 fail on me, but that doesn't change my opinion that people need to learn how to install fuel pumps because the people who have done it right have had no fuel cut issues.

Jerk.

Well I just looked at the price for a stock Blazer pump and Whoa! I can get 3 Walbros for the cost of 1 blazer pump. So does anyone have a Part number for the Walbro I need for my 2200. 255lph? I cant seem to find one for a cavalier

never said you were stupid.. i just thought that might be what you ment... and that would be a sweep engine swap... and i just put grand national after gnx since not alot of people do know the gnx...they mostly only know GN's

i was told most of the walbros are universal for gm cars and a little modding is needed but i wasn't too sure if these people where right?

any input?
