Im working on turbocharging my 96 sunfires 2.2 motor, and i was wondering what engine electronics mods were needed/recommended, i read alot about emanage and stuff, but i dont know what they are or if i need them.

also, i need to figure out my injector size so i can custom order those, along with what kind of fuel pump i'll need. how do i do this?

Well as far as electronics go, a lot of people use stuff like the Emanage and Apexi Safc2 to tune there fuel curve, because running boost, you obviously need more fuel; and stuff like bigger injectors and non-adjustable FMUs arnt exactly completely accurate. The emanage was pretty expensive last i checked, like 800 bones or something like that, maybe its gone down since theres a new version, i dont know. I went for an Apexi, mainly because its cheaper, and still pretty nifty. As for injectors, injector size is calculated by how much horsepower you intend to run, I belive the equation is something like this,

(Horsepower X Brake specific fuel consumption) / (Number of injectors X0.80)

And that should give you the pounds per hour size of the injectors you want. Most N/A cars run a brake specific fuel consumption of about 50, but turbo should be about 60. thats 60 pounds per each horsepower you create. To convert that into a CC quantity take the lbs/h X10.50 = ***CC/min.
As for what type of injectors, i would go with RC type, or MSD makes an damn near exact replica of them that work great too. As far as fule pump goes, a walbro 255 in-tank should do you fine. Hope that helps.
