Title says it all. I have decided to go with the cavalier connection turbo kit. Now it doesn't come with any of the fuel parts and I was wondering what all I should do to the 2200 to get the fuel to the engine. I am going to be running JE forged pistons and eagle rods among many other internal mods and I plan on running 10-20 PSI. Any info on what injectors, fuel rail and such would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks in advance,
-Paul
ok. with the Jtuners turbo kit, stop at 10 psi on forged internals without heavily upgrading. 10 psi should be a good enough goal for you right now. However, check the Fuel System sticky in this forum. You will need supporting fuel mods, such as injectors, possibly fuel pump, AFPR, and of course, tuning.

If you do not want to spend TOO much money on fuel, get a set of 24-30 lbs injectors, a Cartech FMU, and a inline fuel pump.
My 2.2 put down 275hp & 304 torque running 30 lbs injectors, Cartech FMU, and a Vortec T-Rex inline fuel pump. I also have a Walbro intank fuel pump only because the stock pump died.
It might be a good idea to find a S-AFC to lean out the fuel when the car isnt in boost.
275hp & 306tq - 1999 2.2 ohv
13.2 @ 108 mph
-1996 2.4 liter + Turbo + Built motor + Torco + More boost = Lots o' Power
-2000 Mustang GT + 2004 Cobra motor, Whipple 2.3 supercharger,
built rear-end,Dodge Viper spec T56 6 speed, bolt-ons = wheelies at the track!!!!!
Now where would I get some 30lb injectors?

Out of a turbo mustang. However, you don't necessarily need that much fuel. Start off with some stock Z24 injectors, which are 24# injectors.

sorry for the double post, but i had a brain fart. I correct my previous post with "OUT OF A COBRA MUSTANG," not "turbo mustang"
