am on my way to pick up our 5 groove pulleys from the plater (clear
anodize), and will include these on a new web page later this afternoon :^)

look in to there 3800 S-1 style pulleys.. thay use a keywayed M-62.... for that you can get as small as 2.2 in or smaller..

i also gotta figure out how to make sure what size pulley ive got , i think its in the 2.5 -2.7 range

its meshered (sp) from the top of the rib the other side...

it looks to me as if you have a 2.8 or larger... eaven though you have the protoype a M45 is still a M45.. if you have the same boost levels as the production blower chances are its the same pulley..

and the pulley looks small , ill have to measure it again

nope the GTP ones are 6... and ours are 5rib... i guess it depends on what you count.. the points or the indents..

G-force T/A's KD's 225/50/16

our cars use 6 ribs, but the GTP quick change pulley works, and its only 158$ for a pulley and a hub, after that its only 70 for a pulley.

UPDATE

" don't think PFYC will carry the five groove pulleys so we'll sell em here
at www.pulleyboys.com

We made the stocker 2.8, and then 2.7, 2.6 & 2.5 pulleys"

You won't find them on the site. The shaft ont he M45 and the M90 (3800) is the same. Just order one for the s/c 3800 and you will be all set. I would recomend getting the removal too as well so you don't damage the snout.

I am talking with Brian from pulley boys right now.. he is working on getting it up... he just had a few questions for me about it... he said it should be up in a day or two...

Easier to identify that is.. :^)

I'll need to buy a stamp kit if that is how we're going to mark them.. CNC
engraving is cool but takes a lot of time.. If anything I could scribe the
size on the inside.

...^ thats worth the 200..... with a 2.7" pulley ive got.. and in 97persent hudmiedty... and a 100 degree day.. using it made the blower COLD... like 30* cold...
