well pulleyboys is the best deal for a pulley. There is a company that makes a 5 rib for our cars, but it cost the same amount and it doesnt have the quick change system that pulley boys has. I think the smallest you can useon the stock (GM Charger package) fuel setup is 2.7 i believe.

I bought my kit used, and it came with a smaller pulley (2.7") as well as the stock one. The information given to me was that it's an Embree. It's actually a 6-rib, but it's the quick-change style.

I wouldn't want to go any smaller than 2.7" without upgrading my fuel system.

no the embree one is 5 ribs and not quick change, the pulley boyz is 6 ribs and quick change.

The embree is different than the pulley boys system. However, the embree is also quick change too. I believe the embree pulley is held on with 3 bolts to the hub.

i thought embree was just a pulley, oh well my mistake. The stock one is 5 rib, and the belt fits fine, you just see one of the ribs with the 6 rib pulley.

ya its i little heaver too. besides the fact that its also like 100$ more.

as for fule, im suposed to have gotten the 2.6" pulley, (however every one says to get that pulley to fit you have to take some materal off the snout, and the one i receaved i dident have to, that makes me think i got the 2.7" pulley, that and im only pulling 6lbs at 2800 and seeing 8-8.5 at 6500.) my fule hasent been given me any problems and im using NGK TR-6 gaped at .035, no misfires. i had the reped fire# 5's, and i still got misfires with my stock pulley, i changed over to NGK versions of the supercharger pluges, still got misfires. the tr-6's are the only pluges that ive been happy with .

My pulley is indeed 6 ribs, and held on by 3 bolts. I guess the Embree and the PulleyBoys aren't interchangable? If I ever do go to the 2.6" down the road, this would be good to know.

I think you must have gotten the 2.6" if you're seeing above 8psi. I have just barely touched 8 with my 2.7", on fairly cool nights, right at the top of a gear.
