Ok so I've done just about everything performance wise to my car right now that I can withough PP on the head and cam gears. I could do that and get a nice little gain but if i want some real power, I've come to the realization that I need to go forced induction. Now I have the money for the hahn kit, but my only concern is my cav is my only means of transportation. I put about 200-250 miles a week on it and currently have about 52k on the engine but propper maintenance has been kept up on it. I just dont want the the thing to blow up on me. I plan to buy a used 2.2 eco and build that up for boost with the upgraded internals and so forth. Two questions, would you guys say it is safe with my situation to get the turbo and put it on now or should i wait until I have the other engine built? Also is there a different PP job for forced induction cars as opposed to NA cars? (meaning can I do this now and then just swap the head when the time comes.) Thanks in advance.

the larger the ports the better the flow in most cases, however you don't want to go too extreme. if you want more boost and to build your internals you will want to build up your internals, and have it tuned for your high boost track runs, but run it daily on low boost so you aren't pushing it too hard every time you drive it.
