well the main reason i am wondering this is because my friend has a to4b and would trade me for a bigger one sine he has a twin turbo 383, My 3.1 is a tgp motor with the 3400 top end swap, ported and polished. But thats nothing really.
So i take it that this turbos bigger then the to4b?

Yeah, insanely larger. The T04b is used on stock DSM's, that turbo you would need a highly built engine to boost it. The T04b might actually be a bit small for your engine, its small for the 2.4L's. If you wanted a DSM turbo, smallest I'd get is a Super 16g (Big 16g).

well i am usually on moon's site cause thats mainly 2nd gens like mine. Theres a guy with the t4 running mid 12's so i am sure its a good size. people recommend a t3/t4 for the 3.1,but i want something big
