What size injectors are included and what brand?
- Accell/270cc
What brand of fuel pump and how much HP it supports (I think its 500)?
- Walbro 255lph
What brand FMU is included?
- Cartech w/5:1 ratio
How would you guys recommend tuning an Ecotec? Is a SAFC, wideband air/fuel gauge, and Greddy E-Manage “piggy back” system sufficient?
- We tune by the fuel management unit only! SAFC will not work with a map sensor.
How much more would it be to upgrade a turbo on the kit to a 20G vs. a 16G if possible?
- When purhcasing the kit the 20G is only $199 more!
Does that intercooler mount behind a stock bumper (2002, 2003, and 2004)?
- Yes, without cutting
Why was that style (inlet outlet on same side) intercooler used vs. the “in one side out the other” style?
- Better flow w/o utilizing long runs of i/c pipes, and better cooling characteristics
What size piping is used in this kit?
- 2 1/4"
Why was a Mitsubishi 16G chosen for the kit vs. the 20G turbo?
- Better spool up , for lower boost levels. 20G has more lag.
Last, can we get some more/better pictures of the kit?
- We will have some shortly with the web update!

Thought it was 330 cc injectors.. and it was an inline fuel pump . . . . but I could be wrong . . . .

wrong. they are 32-34 lb/hr which is roughly 330cc

wrong. it is an inline pump. not the walbro 255.

believe your wrong again. its a BEGI with a 6:1 ratio.

Um guys.. thats straight from Hahn.. So im pretty sure everything is 100%. But thanks though...
im doing my install right now... im too lazy to go out to the garage but the pump is DEFINITELY inline. no question about it. quoting hahns instructions: fuel tank/stock pump -> quick release fitting -> new inline pump -> fuel filter -> fuel rail.

the injectors are 32lb accels
i know what i installed , and what i listed is what i put on
now if hahn changed someting recently , the rest of us might not know about that
yea 270cc is like 20 cc above stock that cant be right

i dont need to call them AGAIN. i just talked to them recently about something else and talked to them for a few hours before i ordered my kit. the things i corrected i know to be true of any kit ordered up until this time. now if they did switch to the walbro 255 i think im gonna have to go get me one ASAP!

Wow... this is crazy.. I guess Brad from Hahn just lied to me. This was a complete waste of time. I get info that most people will want to know and you guys think its all false. As of Thu 6/16/2005 10:18 AM (when I receive the email), this is what they told me about the kit. Last time I try and do anything benifical for this Forum.

dude all i can tell you is what i installed , no reason to get pissy about it
i know what was in the boxes , and what the read , and what i installed
the tank was never droped , and the pump was installed next to the tank

Not calling you a liar, but what about the possibility that they change the kit? Maybe they found a better combination of parts. Who knows. At least consider that. All that info I got directly from Hahn. None of it is off the top of my head. That'd be putting stupid on their part to give me false info. I personally like the parts that you guys said it comes with. But again... This is what they told me. You email them and see that they tell you.
well if they changed te kit to include a walbro 255 and 270cc injectors they just killed the kit. if they just changed to the walbro that would be a huge improvement...that pump is awesome. but for some reason i think Brad is wrong.

I see i made a few mistakes as far as the following information I listed last week. (and got slayed on j.body for the wrong information) I don't know why I put down the Eclipse stage 2 component info for injectors and fuel pump, but let me clear up my mistakes please!!!!!

Also, I don't know if I mentioned in an earlier e-mail that the system are on sale currently for the summer! NOW $2495 stage 1 , and $3495 stage 2!

Id say its a step above. The CC kit is 2450 base and 995 more for intercooler. Thats 3500 with NO fuel upgrades. Hahns is 3850 reg price and 3500 on sale right now. Hahns a bigger company... more money for RnD. Personal opinion.
Walbro makes both in tank and inline 255 pumps--I have an inline 255 in my hand as i type this.
