All out or not?

Well im at a delima, i am getting ready to start the engine build/ machine work and im thinking about different ways of building. I want it to be pretty damn fast. I had originally planned on using a 60 trim t3/04. But im thinking well sense i had already planned on spending close to 6 grand on just that why not spend like 2 more and build the motor a little stonger to rev higher, and support an even bigger turbo. Basiaclly what i had in mind is race cams, and all the other various components to support a t4 turbo. Of course i would have the engine completly built on the bottom end as well, and axles to support it. I know the T4 wouldnt spool to about 4500 rpm's., but if i went all out i could saflely rev it to about 7500 rpms, and be safe, and make massive amounts of power.

So what im asking is what would you guys do if u were in my position. Money really isnt the issue sense i live at home with my parents for the time being and have plenty of time for the build up.

Go big or go home!

Really though, you need to weigh out your options and figure out what's going to make you happiest in the long run.

If it was me and it was my daily driver, I'd build for driveability. It it's gonna be a "race car", then go all out. In my situation though, I'd enjoy it more if it was fun to drive in everyday situations, and you didn't neccesarily need a 1/4 mile to wind it up.

15.3 @ 89.97mph, 14's on the way?

For Sale:
'01 SFGT springs $50CAN
Getrag '00-'02 2.4 8000kms $800

You also gotta think... if you only make giant power after 4500 RPMs, then you're only going to be going the speed of light IF you're racing. So you're gonna feel slow as balls (relatively) when you're doing everyday driving.

Then you gotta ask... are you the kind of person that'll drive normally and feel slower, or the kind who just races everywhere to spite it? =P

I'd just stick with the smaller turbo, if it were me. This is assuming your car is still your daily driver.
