Well, the install started at 5pm just as my shop closed, and finished around 10:30-11:00. At first i was only hitting 4psi, then i tightened up the BOV and now i hit 5 easily. Doesnt seemt o be quite hitting 6 but im not worried about it. Anywho, the install wasnt that bad since i had it done in about 5 hours, the hardest thing IMO was getting the supercharger in there (tight fit), and routing the new coolant hose.

I definetly wouldnt want to do the install again but it was well worth it, my brother wanted to see how it compared to his 03 Fire with suspension work and thermal research catback and needless to say the end result was worse than when i raced a WRX without the blower. Its fun, really fun.

The car goes on the dyno saturday, ive been home sick the past 2 days so i havnt gotten to play around too much, but ill def have pics in the next few days as i start to feel better.

All in all, i love it The wierd thing is that you dont feel it in your ass as much as say a srt-4, but yet when you watch the speedo climb from 60 to 70 to 80 in a matter of just a couple seconds, you know the power is there, im thinking that some suspension work will make you "feel" the power more. But its definetly fast.

Oh yea, i also almost fried my electrical system too!! I first mounted the new battery tray in a bad spot and knew it but i figured it should be ok, it was, until i decided to do a burnout and instead got INSANE wheelhop, then the car shutoff and my trunk opened as my guages went haywire. So i stopped, walk around the front and theres smoke coming out from under the hood. Im thining **** i blew it up. But nope, the battery jumped out of the tray, and the positive terminal hit my P/S pump, luckily it didnt burn through the p/s pump cover.

In short it fried the insulation off my ground cable, but no other damage so i got real lucky. But to make it clear RSM Racing was NOT AT FAULT for this incident, it was simply me beeing stupid and not doing things right the first time. I relocated the battery tray now and put a couple big zipties around the battery holding it down to the tray as some extra protection. I definetly felt like a dumbass. But, i always learn my lessons the hardway
