rebuild your internals and then boost it. it you have 110k miles it's not going to like boost very long.

Not true. If you want to go crazy on the boost, i would reccomend upgrading the internals. If not, it might be fine. Do a compression test first. Good luck

Sometimes life has a funny way of showing us what things in our lives really are useless. Usually, it isn't our cars...

So do I. Mine's turboed. And I know a few more...

My advice: Until you understand why that isn't exactly a valid question, do not think about putting a turbo on your car. Start with the FAQ posts at the top of the boost forum. If you still think it's something you want to do, start searching and reading everything you can about boost. Write down questions you have and don't stop searching/reading til they're answered. Buy Maximum Boost by Corkey Bell and read the entire thing... twice. Then you will be able to answer your own question better than 90% of us.

Good luck.

Don't boost until you no longer have to check with the experts for advice. Personally, if I had $3k laying around, I would buy a street bike and have fun on that.

Hey Guys, I'm kinda in the same boat myself and would really appreciate your honest opinion. I currently have almost all my turbo kit pieced together but have 150K on the ticker. My fear is that even running a small amount a boost will cost me a new engine before the year is up.

Suggestions?
