Alright, I have a question.. Using the cavalierconnection turbo kit and all the fuel mods you should need...and an intercooler with Weisco .20 forged pistons, stainless steel valves, eagle rods, P&P, secret cams, and the .20 bore...on a '97 2.4...about how much boost could I safely run? And what else would be a could idea to have?
what's your compression ratio and what fuel mods do you have? if you want to up the boost, you need fuel.
I was a retard, and now I'm permanently banned.
fuel and sompression is whats gonna be the main thing to look at. I would say 10 to 15 psi with the intercooler and all the mods with proper tuning. Im sure u can do more but the turbo that u have isnt that big so higher psi wouldnt be as efficient

I have the 255lph fuel pump, FPR, Venom fuel rail, ....I havent put all this in yet, I'm tryin to debate which injectors I need(was thinking the red tops), and should I get an FMU?..And also, which turbo would you recomend to run a higher psi and not break anything?..
you absolutley need a fmu, how do think the extra fuel is going to get there? unless you have an aftermarket tuning program or something....

Thanks everybody, your info is all useful...are there any other things, turboing a 2.4 I should know about(From your own personal experience), I've read what all I found on here, but I'd like to know that also.. and also, what would be a good turbo, besides the one from cavalierconnection, that would be great with my setup?
the pistons are 9:1 compression...like I said I havent put any of this in yet, I'm trying make sure I have everything first...I havent gotten the turbo from cavalierconnection yet...Im thinking about just making my own kit...if i do then what size turbo would make this setup shine?(of course i know tuning is the most important part)
oh yeah I forgot, which injectors should i go with, Im hoping i can get close to 300hp without breaking anything, or better im not sure
