Hey guys does anybody have any pics of a turboed 2200 engine?
you didn't say it had to be a log style manifold, and you didn't say the engine had to be in the car

did u have to mess with the a/c lines or whatever they are by the front fans?
I didnt really mess with a/c lines. I think I just zip tied them to the radiator fan bracket. The only line that had to really be messed with was the hardline for the coolant. We cut off part of the hardline and had to rerout it around the header.

Where does the dipstick get relocated to a previous unused hole? What did u use to cover the old one?

Hey adler what did you use to reroute the coolant lines? Is that all you had to modify? did you make your own kit or is that a production kit? How much psi are u running? Thanks for the help

The dipstick / oil fill tube is from Cavalier Connection. They welded a small piece of pipe to the side of the tube for the oil drain. They also cut off the bracket that bolts the tube onto the engine block. I had to bend the tube a little bit for it to clear the center section of the turbo.
For the coolant line, I just went up to AutoZone and bought a long piece of heater hose.
The only thing that was already made was the header from Cavalier Connection. Mike Karas and I cut & welded all of he chargepipes, downpipe, exhaust, hangers, braces on header, etc...
I am running 13psi right now.

So you used a heater hose to take the place of that silver hard pipe? Sorry for all the ?'s. What about big silver piece comming off the water pump?

We did not have to cut off the entire hardpipe. But yes, I am using heater hose to take the place of the hardpipe that was cut off.

Are you talking about the thermostat housing? If so, I have the heater hose coming off of thermostat housing pipe all the way to hardpipe....the hardpipe now starts under the coilpacks.

Dynoed at 10 psi in almost 100 degree heat & high humidity. 211hp / 233 tq

This vid was taken when the car was untuned at 8psi with boost leak....the reason why you cannot hear the blow off valve.

Car was untuned at 10psi with no boost leak.
I might take the car out to the 1/4th track this Friday. Hopefully I can get someone out there to for some more vids.
