Trying to find the best deal on a SC kit, is pace and GM the only two places to get it, I cant find any others. Where is the cheapest? I would really like to get one used, but I dont see anyone selling theirs.

I read your want ad and it seems that you want to get one for $1000, with everything you need to make it work on a pre-2k. The charger kit alone can easily go for $1500 used, without the things you need to get it to work on your car (injectors, afpr, 2k+ starter).
Also, GM doesn't make the charger anymore, so the places that they are available are becoming extremely limited. Pace and GMPartsDirect are probably your two best bets for new systems, otherwise for a used one you'll have to keep an eye on the classifieds. Don't expect it to be any cheaper than $1500ish for a used one though, some have gotten it for like $1300, but I don't think I've seen more than 1 get it for less than that.
