Will the GM SC make me fail inspection when they plug my car into the computer? Wondering what others have run into. Thanks

The S/C is 50 state carb legal.

Isn't it only CARB legal on a '00 and up where you can reflash the ECU...

No, the reflash is only a tuning to make the car run with the larger injectors and the 2 bar map sensor.

If u can get ride of the EGR code. There is a EGR simulator that can get ride of that code. You should be ok . I had that simulator and it made my car run like poo.
