A t how many lbs of boost will the 2.4 mani crack since it is plastic i believe?

A LOT, I don't think you have to worry about that, it would probably take a good 100 PSI to make that thing burst.

BTW, that's 100 PSI plugging the intake holes and just pressurizing the manifold. I'm sure it could stand more than that, its pretty thick plastic.

Lots of people have used the stock IM for boosting 2.4's, and I've never heard of anyone cracking it. It's not really an issue.
