t4 turbo is a little on the big side. you may want to stick with a t3 turbo.

i assume when he stated t4 turbo he was talking about the larger t4 flanged exhaust housing which would be very large for a 4 cylinder application.

idk he didnt say what it was i was hoping it would fit. He is suppose to call and let me know what kind it was and all of that good stuff.. Even if i go to the t3 turbo im gessing the most boost i could put to my motor would be 10 - 13 psi without blowing it up.. Maybe i just need to find someone who already has a motor that is already built and buy it or maybe trade something for it..

PSI is relative to the turbo or s/c. 10 psi on a GT35r would not be the same as a TO4B. But some people run double digits of boost on stock motors. It comes down to the condition of the motor and the tune (although there are other things that influence as well) but those are 2 big things.

I don't know why people are telling you a t4 turbo is too big, I'm finally getting my built 2.3/2.4 hybrid done and I'll be running a Turbonetics 62-1/t4 turbo so the exhaust housing won't be too big. As already stated it depends on your goals, I'm aiming for 500+ at the wheels and sized my turbo for mid to upper rpm power and boost. Some people was low end but then they run out of steam up top, the people I'm going after are running SRT4s, WRXs and other turboed sport compacts. Alot of these cars are 400+ at the wheels and I didn't want to get the lead out of the hole only to be run by on the topside so I sized my turbo accordingly.
