Ryan is right. I made 212hp ( dynojet ) with a ported supercharger, intake, tbody, header, exhaust and oversized crank pulley ( stock bottem end )

I don't remember my exact numbers but I was verrry close to 250whp with my old setup which included the smallest pulley I could run, ported charger, ported and built head, custom cams, thinner head gasket to raise compression, I/H/E, bigger TB, meth injection, and a pretty aggressive tune.
