oil burning unusual question not very typical

ok so i have oil burning after the turbo has been installed i think i might have a reason to this, it the feed is no directly up and the drain is not perfectly down could the slight angle in the turbo be sitting in there and pushing past the seals and getting burned? her is a pic kinda hard to see but it is at a descent angle not real bad but maybe enough?

well i reclocked the turbo straight up and down but it still smokes the only thing done to the pcv system is the nipple on the valve cover has a filter on it, i think i need to make the drain into the galley plug because when i removed the drain hose i lost over a quart of oil maybe 2 draining out of the hose kinda crappy now that the pan is already tapped
