Looks to be actually pretty close to equal length design... lookin good! If you want to bring out more color in your welds, polish up the pipe fittings on a wire wheel and run a sanding disc over the welding face of the head flange, stainless steel gets really picky when welding and likes to be extremely clean, you'll notice you welds will flow in smoother as well!
Im about 95% sure these will work with the autos. The turbo flange is only about 1 1/2 " lower than the head flange. Much higher than the old design.
The Header pictured is about 3/4" from being equal length. This is the first prototype header so i dint want to put to much time and effort into the moch up run. The other manifolds will be back purged and have a much nicer finish.
I would be more than willing to do OHV headers. The only thing holding me back is the lack of a car to moch up on. If someone in the Chicago area is willing to offer up there car for the day I could build anything you guys are looking for. I could do something with the price for the moch up car as well.

I can vouch for Atomic's work he custom built my equal length turbo header for my 2.3/2.4 turbo hybrid, he's a great guy to work with and the header is great.

Do you have an auto 2.4 that you can mock one up on? I kind of would like to know if this would work with my GT30 before considering this. Keep up the good work.

Well...hes got my GT3078R right now for mock-up. If I could just get around to paying the man I'd have my car turbo'd by now!
Yeah i think your turbo has more dust on it right now than my car!
Its here ready to go whenever you are. Your mani will be close to the same design and price as what you see here.
Thanks for all the support guys.
Also any 2.2 ohv in the chicago area looking to go turbo contact me @ Atomicmotorsports@yahoo.com Were looking to "sponsor" a few cars in the area with manifolds and other misc items.

or do you have a a 2.3l flange i can buy preferably steel???
Sorry i dont sell just the material for manifolds. If you were looking for a 95 2.3 manifold it would be exactly the same price as above.

Can you get a measurement of how far it sticks out? I'm wondering if it will fit on a 90 GTZ.
where in chicago are u located, maybe next time i come down to illi to visit ill have to swing in and take a look at ur guys work
I want!!!! You can be sure that im messageing you sometime before summer for one.
Roman Cullen - ill get you a measurement tomorrow when i get back in the shop. You want the face of the flange to the furthest point back on the mani correct?
Were located in lemont or about 30min south west out of downtown Chicago. I also plan on keeping at least 1 these manis in stock for both app.
Also would there be any interest in eco manis of the same style and price?

Where in the chicago area. Address please.
horsepower is the force that determines at what speed you hit the wall, torque is the force that determines how far you take the wall with you after you hit it.

Wow... Maybe we should up our prices if this seems to be the going rate for these manifolds.
Would there be any chance you could do one/Them for the 2.2l Ecotec?
Will we be able to keep A/C with this design? I'm just concerned with it being in the way...

This is a bottom mount manifold Luke. You can see the pipe bending towards the back of the engine (transmission side). I highly doubt it will come close to the canister. But I'm not Atomic, so I'll let him speak for himself.

"Youth in Asia"...I don't see anything wrong with that.
Tobe completlyhonest i dont know if it will clear all the a/c lines. I knowi will clear the canister for sure but im not 100% posative on the lines. Ill have to look into that and get back to you. The car it was mached up on didnt have ac on it. ill contact a few people that have these manis and get there input.
Im also in the prosses of geting a eco into my shop to do some mock up on. so expect to see a eco header of the same style in about a month.
