i bought this turbo manifold for my 99 2.4 ......

is the top mount manifold as u can see.
-I want to know if ANYBODY has this manifold AND a T3/T4 TURBO on it .
-I want to know if this fits without problems or modifications since u all know how the LD9 head cover sticks out on the sides so i want to see if the turbo will set flat or what should i do ..

-i have a t3 turbo but is too small i want something bigger i just dont want to spend the money on a turbo i would have to return or so.

please help with any tips.

From the looks of it, the turbo flange angles back, so you would have more issues with hitting the firewall than the cam tower. But there are a couple of people who have tried it so far and don't seem to have any problems with it.

I dont have that exact manifold, but my log manifold has the flange in the same spot and angles the turbo the same way. There's not much room between the turbo and the firewall, but it does fit.

I have a T3/T4 ar 50 and mine is in there tight but it does fit. the only problem i encountered is that i cannot put an intake on, so i just put a screen over it.

so what turbo would you guys suggest.

i love my 50 trim, but i would find something ball bearing, i dont have too much of a problem with turbo lag or with loosing boost between gears, but i would still rather have it spool a little faster. and it also depends on how much power you want to put down, im not shootin too high but just enough to break 13's.... and i will get it... with a little help

I was considering maybe getting a top mount manifold, but Id like to see pics of how people have everything mounted.

yes I'm serious, your point? I could go on days about it if you would like me to. I can also get my buddy to chime in with his gt35r SRT-4 I'm pretty sure we know what we are doing.

There is no way I would ever run a turbo with only a screen over it unless I just palin did not give a @!#$ about the turbo. Where are you having clearance issues? With the brake booster or what?
