its been about 1 year since I blew up at phils house and I have a huge story to tell about my adventure, but for now I wanted to let everyone know that at 5:00 today my car ran with the megasquirt with the built motor/turbo setup for the first time in a long time.
Im in my car right now, and I im just laying down the base tune. Ive got alot of bugs to work out, but its comeing along. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone thats been helping me from the start. its been along road, but everyone on here has always been willing to help, and its finnaly paying off. Ive got two weeks to get the car dyno ready, because Im in super street at UTI and we can dyno our cars at the end of the course, and to top it all off my instructor is a pcm tuning fan.

thanks guys. I caped the night off with a pretty secure, idle and warmup. I havent even bothered takeing it out on the road. but Im pretty damn happy regardless.

I went to UTI for just over a year, back in '97-98..... was actually pretty good learning wise. Just wish you actually got a degree when you finished, instead of just a diploma.

I cant strees to you how scared I am. every time I turn the key my hand shakes perfusly. every tick, every noise, every shake, and I flip out.
