Has anyone ever done the reflash BEFORE installing the blower??
Only reason i'm thinking of this is because i'm driving about 150km to get it installed and don't want to drive that far home without the reflash. I could have it done at a dealership very close to where it is being installed and that would solve the issue.
Will it run and drive with the reflash and no blower without doing any harm? Just for a few miles...

I am sure the car will not run well, w reflash w/o blower... not 100% sure but pretty close.

I drove mine without the reflash, but I think total drive was about 10 miles or so, stay out of boost and you should be fine, it will just run like poo!
well can you take just the ecu to get reflashed and then put it in the car once the engine is boosted and will it run fine then or do you have to take the entire car to the dealership for the reflash
i have the gm tmap sensor from the cobalt ss s/c, so i might just take my ecu along with my vin number to the dealership so i can get my car running under boost this weekend

We did the install and I drove it about 160km home and then to the dealer the next day with no problems
