Creating a bomb in your entire exhaust path will damage valves, turbo, cat, etc. regardless of how "built" your engine is. No, having your turbine at your muffler would not change anything. It's all the same pipe.

I am just pissed that people got on my case about it when I know just as much if not more then half of these people in this forum. hmm...his system inadequate? he put down near 300whp on a stock motor!!!! so uh...if he builds an uBER engine like you...he should make like 1000 right? oh wait, his system will be inadequate, and he'll make only 350......be real. If he caps out at 400whp....is he really a failure? Mike Karas put down 410whp..and everyone appluaded his work. So why would you treat andy any different? He did something on his own never done before on a J, did it right, and didn't back down when it came time to put up numbers...I see no reason to hate.

So you didn't cry when you blew your first motor....of course not...it was mostly a stock build. Then, you do the norm and build a motor for boost. I won't hate on that, I'd do the same if finances allow for it. And as soon as your motor is gone, you DID cry about whether or not you was gonna get screwed all over the org...but yet...if it blows you won't cry? either way it makes your super built motor...a pile of scrap metal. So...why would you do that? if you're gonna blow a motor, blow it cuz you made more hp than it could hold...not...i was out drivin around shootin flames out of my car cuz I thought it was cool to do the same thing they was doin in TFATF. Sounds like you're not thinking too clearly...but hey....its your waste of money, not mine

I was actually asking him when it would become inadequate. And where did I ever say I had an uber engine build? I said what I had done to this motor could handle a couple flames shooting out.

Not wasting my money either... I only bought the drivetrain mods that I needed (cluth/flywheel).... the rest fo the motor was paid for by the powder coating shop that did faulty work.

Paul before you say Andy did something never done on a J before you might wanna check out a few forums, considering there are several REMOTE mount turbo J's in MY area ALONE running <12.5. Best run to date is a 1989 Z24 with a built 3400sc running 18psi through a remote mount that runs consitant 11.8's on street tires....

I dont dog remote mounts, I was dogging him for being a dick and treating me like some @!#$ idiot... I know what i was doing, I knew what the consequences could have been, had I @!#$ up I woulda laughed about it and drove my beater around for a few months till i rebuilt it...

Part gathering started last November, fab started January 2006, and the finished product happened in July 2006. Anywho, I digress.

I think its cool Keep it Up lol. MY car will pop a ball every now and then. Its called Overlap in the Cams in non turboed cars. which his Cav was before he did anything. Yes it is Extra gas burning off, but you guys got to chill. There are Evos around here running insane times, that are 10x times worse. Look at his Hp numbers over the stock. There comes a point when you cant help it with out running lean.
