Battery relocation help
Wednesday, November 15, 2006 9:36 PM
Basically, my intake sucks, it's an S shaped rubber tube that came with the kit with a cone filter on the end.
Here's a decent pic:

Anyway, what have some of you sc eco guys done as far as intakes. I know Platcav made a sexy one, but spending $80 on a battery just doesn't seem worth it to me.

Has anyone turned the existing battery to allow for a filter to fit directly over the throttle body or an intake tube to pass by?

I'd like an intake with very few bends if possible.

Help?

rodimus prime moved the batt to where the intake box is. then you have plenty of room to directly hit the SC...try that

I may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.

anyone have pic's on how you bolted the battery tray in the new location? I think I saw it on another post somewhere, but I am still looking.
