After much difficulty trying to find the wiring information for this late production run 2002 Cavalier, we finally got the AFC NEO wiring down.
This car is a strange one, as it has the ECOTEC ecu plugs and ecu, but on the old 2200.
Here's the wiring info and settings:
Power: (Blue 19 PNK)- Red and red/white
Ground

Tach signal

For wiring:
Splice the red before the red/white into the power wire.
Splice the brown before the black into the ground wire.
Splice the RPM signal, Throttle signal into the appropriate wires.
Cut the MAP wire. Solder the yellow wire to the ECU side, and the white into the sensor side.
Settings:
Cylinder select will be 2.
Throttle will be arrow up and the the right
Pressure sensor will be 5 in, 5 out.
We were able to tune a turbo Cavalier with big injectors back to a stoich idle, and we worked on the part throttle stuff.
Tomorrow, we tune.
