for those of you running the hahn intake plenum, what do you use for a spacer? I lost my one i ordered from hahn (a thin little piece of what looked like aluminum) and really don't want to spend another $30 for another one, when it is so simple. also, it seems like it would cause a boost leak as it is circular but split on both ends, not causing a perfect seal. help is appreciated
It is split in one spot so that it closes up when clamped. That combined with the rubber o-ring make a nice seal.

oh there's a o ring too? see i was missing that as well, cause i was wondering how the split could seal it by itself. great i'm sure that o ring and spacer is like $50
The o-ring is custom made. IIRC it's $5 or something. I just bought 2 but don't need them anymore because I changed to the new piping setup.
