GM and RSM is your only option. I would stay away from the RSM one with a 10000000 ft poll.... I think you will be perfectly happy and fine with the GM one.... unless you plan on making something custom your self?
I'm happy with my GM one, happy enough to want to go faster.
But seriously, it's been great so far, and you won't find a more reliable supercharger out there.
The stock supercharger pulley makes 10 lbs of boost. That's 3.34" With the kit's injectors and the gm reflash, you can go down to a 3" pulley, and I think make 13 lbs of boost.
The bottle sounds fun, I've thought about it a little bit. Just make sure you're tuned for it. If you intercool the supercharger, you'll have near the breaking point of the stock internals. The nitrous would probably put you over the edge. So if you're serious about it, have a spare motor laying around, or build up your existing one.
You're welcome.
Check out this post for the intercooler setup:

You won't need all those parts, just the heat exchanger, a water pump, coolant reservoir, and the cap. The hoses are from a Cobalt and won't work with a J-Body. So just run your own hoses.
As for the reflash. It comes with the supercharger only if you buy it from a dealer. I bought mine from paceparts and then drove it untuned to a dealer to have it tuned. Mind you, they had no idea what I was talking about. It took them 4 hours to do a 20 minute job. Just make sure you read the last paragraph of the supercharger install instructions for the numbers the dealership will need if you do it yourself. I hope that makes sense.
Wow talk about bottle-fed info, the search button must be busted.

I paid ~$2500 from Paceparts.com
The dealers wanted ~$3300, that's
not including install

Total price is just a tad under 3K for me...this includes the charger, all the equipment to covert my 02 to an 03 fuel set up and the heat exchanger set up as well as the reflash from GM.
Since you won't need the fuel equipment I'd say you could get the whole thing for around $2,700 - $2,800 or so if you do your own work (other words you install it yourself). If you have GM do it add somewhere from $800 - $1,200 for labor.
Also, look for heat exchanger on eBay rather than buying one from a company as you'll save more than half the actual cost of one...I know as I bought one from a company and paid about double the price!
Eh...old man with a Corvette now...it was bound to happen sooner rather than later right?
