I have been trying to get my pan off for the better half of an hour. the thing wont budge. Ive hit it with hammer/wood weve tried prying it. it seems like its still connected
I removied all the little bolts around the edge. the long compressor bolt the two large ones on the opposited side of the mount. and I removed the mount. it should just slide off but it isnt. doesn anyone have any advice.

I'm guessing your oil pan. Though I'm not newly turboed or anything I have taken the oil pan off my old engine. It's a PITA! It doesn't slide off. You have to pry it off carefully. If you look closely there is a place to pry with a big flathead screwdriver. I forget exactly where its at, but just keep at it! It'll come off.

Yea man it took me atleast an hour with 2 pry bars and Im a strong guy to begin with and I couldnt get it to budge for about an hour. Make sure you use RTV sealant when you put it back on also.
do you rember any hidden bolts that you found. I know there are two or three hinding under the mount.
I mean when we were prying it the whole engine was moving.

Pretty much what you see is what there is. Follow around the outside of the pan and you should see every one of them.
Jcavi, the pry spot is to the left of the oil pan (on the driver's side) on the back. You can't miss it. It's a small notch, but you can get a pry bar set from Advance Autoparts and they work REALLY well. Also, you may want to get a razor and cut at the sealant around the oil pan. That will weaken the hold a small bit.
Good luck! And yes, it's a PITA and I'm a strong guy like Splash. lol!
yea getting the pan off is a bitch
get a razor all around the edge
or a small chisle and go around the perimeter of the pan and then it'll start to come off
pry like hell
