I got about a 1 PSI pressure loss after installing a pressure switch for my alcohol injection, what's up with that?
Before installing it my boost gauge would read a little over 5 PSI. Now, it reads just under 4 PSI. I don't currently have the alcohol injection completely set up so the switch is doing nothing at the moment, but I just Tee'd into the vacuum/boost line going into my cab for my gauge.
I did, everything looks good.
might want to try zip ties on the lines just to make the connection a little tighter

It's not that because I had driven it the day before and it ran it's usual, just above 5psi indicated. Not much changed between Friday and Saturday. I don't see how that switch could cause that big of a pressure drop.
i wouldnt consider 1psi to be a large pressure drop, can always move to a smaller pulley if you want more boost

Remove the switch and see if you regain your 1 psi.
