it is a 99............so the reflash wont work.....you will need to get bigger injectors and a fmu....most liekly a dealer wont touch it.
best bet is to find someone local to help ya.....preferably w/ experience

99 should be able to use the s/c kit injectors , all the 99's ive seen used the same injectors as the 00-02
per Lenko, the casting on the 99-02 head is 779, so it should be the same. the 98 and prior year heads are a different casting number.

The 99 and 2000 engines are identical, save the first O2 sensor (1 wire on 99, 2 wires on 00). Everything else is the same. BTW, no one has ever seen EGR on a 99... so for now that remains a nasty rumour.
There are pretty comprehensive directions that come with the GM Supercharger kit... I'd say grab a couple of buddies and some tools and do it yourself
Heck... go to a wrecker... find a 2000, 2001 or 2002.... with the same drivetrain as yours.... swap everything.... body harness, dash harness, cluster, BCM, brake module, etc.... and you have a 2000 in a 1999 shell. (I did this to my white 'vert, then sold it.... the owner is on here... has the GM S/C now... worked perfectly)

The knock sensor changed for the 99 model year.
hmmm? I never knew that the 02 sensors changed, but I did know the knock sensors changed in 99, sorry bout that, I thought you were talking about for the 99 year.
Nope, he's right. I'm looking at the O2 sensors from the '99 and the '00 right now. the '99 has one wire and the 'oo has 2 wires. I was gonna use the one from the '00 motor I had when I installed my header because it was practically brand new, but it has an extra wire :-)

Dude post this in the Texas Forum man. There are lots of use around the dallas area that would be willing to help you out. Just find out when people could come and help and pick a install day. Let me know if you need any help from me too.
Do you already got the gm supercharger and all the parts for the install.
No I do'nt have the parts yet. I was trying to make sure I could do it before I bought it
