FMU Ratio Help
Sunday, May 21, 2006 1:25 PM
I was running Megasquirt on my Turbo 2.4 but ran into so many glitches that I decided to remove it. And before that ran Greddy Emanage but that was not able to be used either due to injector impedence.

For now, I am going back to the stock 96 ECU and going to run a FMU. But I am not sure on what size ratio disc to run. I will run about 7-10psi with holley forced induction fuel pump. Also, RC Eng. 320cc Injectors.

I have to order this and have it overnighted so I can get the car down to Brandon Fetter for paint, so I need some help on the ratio I should get, I was lookin at maybe either the Vortech 6:1 or the 8:1...I run 40psi of fuel pressure at idle, and I have a wideband to tell me my a/f ratio.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

begi 2025, I have one, and am selling it in about 1 1/2 weeks when I get home. They are awesome, but if you have to get a plate style get like 4:1 or something like that, but it's hard to say. I was running 310cc with my begi and hitting 100% around 4500rpm, I just ordered some 650cc RC injectors, I'll post back how those work. but if you are still interested in the used begi PM and we can talk.

HP Tuners | Garrett T3/T04B | 2.5" Charge Pipes | 2.5" Downpipe | 650 Injectors | HO Manifold | Addco front/rear | Motor Mounts | HKS SSQV | Spec stage 3 | AEM UEGO Wideband | Team Green LSD | FMIC | 2.3 cams | 2.3 oil pump swap | 280WHP | Now ECOTECED
