Ok, after much bouncing back and forth I have decided to go with a tubro setup vs. the supercharger. My question is this, for a turbo 2.4, what do you guys who have done this recommend get done to the motor/head as far as machine work/parts

I know there are the obvious ones like forged rods and pistons, cams, etc. But what about things like valves, valve springs, spark plugs, injectors, etc.
Also, for the cams/rods/pistons, which manufacturers do you prefer.

I want to build it up to get high 200/low to mid 300 HP, nothing too too out there. What do you guys recommend?
