megan racing cat-back from e-bay is a real nice sounding exhaust ive got it on my car and it goes on easy
12.7@110MPH with 10PSI.
but isnt is 2 different sizes though ??
like starts at 2 1/2" , then drops to 2 1/4"

It (the Megan Racing one on eBay) actually is 2 1/4" inner diameter the whole way, from the flange at the cat to the muffler. It's a typo on pretty much every single eBay auction for the exhaust. My wife's got it on her car - it sounds great, nice and deep and not raspy at all on a 2200 OHV with just a generic WAI. I posted pics of it on another thread on here about the Megan Racing exhaust.
2.5 exhuast, go get nice muffler, go to exhuast shop, pay 100 bucks, then you have a nice exhuast for cheap, thats what i did on mine, sounds good too

I could probably duplicate this if you really can't find anything that suits your needs/tastes. All 2.5" stainless steel tubing, mandrel bends.
^^Nice work on that by the way. I think it flows really nicely and would almost look like a stock component if it wasn't so dang pretty...
I dont see andy 3" premade exhausts on their website for a cavalier. May Ill have to call them and check it out.
I contacted CTI and he doesnt have a 3" or oher j-exhaust, cobalt and redline ya, that 2.5 is nice what muffler and tip??
can you do a dual at the rear?
