I will be putting 25+ psi through the thickest MLS gasket they sell + larger than stock ARP Head studs.
It will hold, we have no worries of that.

this summer i just installed the MLS Cometic head gasket along with ARP head studs. i am currently running 10 psi through it and bumping it up to 20 as soon as i make another cal for my AEM. the gasket fit perfectly with no flaws and seems to be doing very good. i would definately recommend the ARP studs if your plannin on running boost above 10 psi. Cometic head gaskets are known for their performance in both N/A and Boosted applications. i would definately recommend running this gasket, i love it.
Was running a Felpro with ARP studs and have hit 10psi, currently no psi, but never a problem either.
what are you running since you asked?
