ok guys so today im ordering from pulley boys
i got the kit with the 2.7 and an extra 2.5 pulley
the 2.7 should be ok with what i have now, and when i get this new the alcohol injection i should be fine
as far as the 2.5 it will be waiting for a little while, but my question is what all do i need to run this, and how much boost approximatly will i be running, ive heard around 10 lbs
the obvious things come up
new fuel pump
new injectors?
FMU?
thanks for your help guys and girls
and sorry if this has been asked a billion times
pump and injectors should be aight. i think your gonna need a dif belt though. someone posted the belt number for running the 2.5 but i'm danged if i can find it in this forum.
haha yeah, i thought of that right when i left here for work
i think someone said it before but ill find it, no big hurry

When I went to 2.5in, I got:
Lucas 32lb injectors
New plugs
Would have gotten a new belt if I didn't have one sitting in front of me.
and
an Oil change.
I'm seeing about 7-8 pounds w/ full 2.5in exhaust
Pulls on STI's and EVO's now (stock), no more of that "you kept up" stuff

don't you need to grind a little off the snout for something that small? or am I misinformed?
I'm planning on getting the 2.7 and 2.5 as well. Along with the alchy injection. I'll tryto find that post about the belt.
so listening.......... also........

i heard that the 2.6" pulley is the smallest you need to go basically, the 2.5 doesnt do anymore than the 2.5 and you could possibly overturn the charger and you dont want that, so ive been told. youll need injectors and a fuel pump and of course injection.

A 2.5 pulley is spinning the rotors @ 16,000 rpm @ 6200 rpm on the motor. That is MAX. according to Eaton.
so maybe I'll get the 2.6 and 2.5 instead of 2.7 and 2.5
and according to what I've read from about 2 hours of searching, there are quite a few people that are using the 310's and stock pump on the 2.6 and even 2.5 pulley.
I think hitting 10psi, (double what I'm seeing now) and being able to keep this thing cool with some alchy will be exactly what I want.

Pulley boys actually redid the 2.6 and 2.5 pullies so that they wouldnt need grinded down at all.....Josh F and I sent our 2.6's in to get them grinded to fit...So they should be fine now
Car is for Sale!Supercharger kit is for sale!
.mm.. so does the stock s/c belt fit with 2.6 pully, or do we need to get a smaller belt for that size?
