hey . i was wondering if anyone has any pics of it hooked up on a 2200 engine . i just want a rough idea of what is needed to instal . cut old return line and use fuel hose to connect the fuel pressure riser?
Don't mean to thread jack, but I hate to make another post about it. I am putting my 2025 on my 2.4 tomorrow and had a quick question. Do I splice it in the metal part of the return line or the rubber part? Since the return line isn't normally pressurized, will the rubber part hold up?
blade0604: I will tell you what I know. I searched through all the posts about the cartech and didn't find any with pictures on an ecotec. But yes, you basically splice the FMU into the return line after the stock FPR. You will probable needs some barbs to screw into the FMU so you can clamp the fuel line onto them.

Woops, that was supposed to say that I didn't find any pictures of the cartech installed EXCEPT for on an ecotec :-)

you can splice into the rubber part. use some brass barbs from a hardware store. also remember the teflon paste with teflon for the threads(there is stuff out there that has no teflon in the teflon paste and it sucks).
dont forget to use high pressure fuel line. auto parts store has it. i think you need 5/8th. or 3/8th. i forget.
also pick up some windsheild washer tubing. it works great as vaccum hose.
