i know the 2.4 is build pretty well but i just dont see this plastic manifold holding up for very long. would the metal one from the older 2.3's work better?
Why wouldnt a plastic manifold hold up? It doesnt hold much wieght at all. Even if you install boost how much pressure are you going to run? even if you ran 30 psi wouldnt you worry more about the paper or cardboard gaskets? But anyway I think there is a manifold that you could swap on that would give you a little more power, I dont know what one it is, I dont know a lot about the 2.4. I think the manifold is from an older motor though
